Some good results for UKIP in Queensbury and Wibsey ward, saw both candidates beat the Lib Dems and double the vote.

Scores on the doors
Well we had a great election in Bradford, fielding a record number of candidates and votes.

Jamie Illingworth (Bradford South) - 1339 - 3.5%
Paul Latham (Keighley) - 1470 - 3.1%

UKIP Public Meeting and Media

Another full weekend campaigning and canvassing.
On 23rd of April there will be a public meeting at 7:30pm in Queensbury at the Victoria Hall followed by one on at the Central Library in the city centre at 7:30pm on the 29th of April.
The above advert will appear in the Wednesday edition of the T&A in Bradford.
Jason was on radio last night for an hour and I will be on Radio Leeds at 8am on Monday (after the news) for a quick question and answer session focussing on crime.

UKIP Bradford to Field Record Number of Candidates
With the Local elections and General Election this year, UKIP Bradford will be fielding a record number of candidates.
Bradford West: Jason Smith
Bradford South: Jamie Illingworth
Keighley: Paul Latham
And we are in the process of selecting a record number of local election candidates.
We have also just re-launched the UKIP Bradford website that will be far more functional in the run up to these elections. You can find it here
